Vintage Luck

I'm scratching my brains out just to get up today and tell myself that I'm a zombie for a month again. Zombie meaning, I get to sleep when the sun is up and I'm awake at night working my arse of. Yes you heard me right, I'm trying to be the best W in my day job. How's your Wednesday so far? It is PLL day by the way but I usually get to watch their episodes on Saturdays. I'm so stuck rendering OT until tomorrow morning. I'm such blabber! Oopppss!

Let us get to this outfit post. Okay? :) I adore this "flying birds" design printed on my dress. I actually had 2 choices, ribbon or those birds but I chose the latter. It makes it more vintage than the usually cutesy patootsy ribbon prints. I matched it with my newly found sheer socks I got from Mongkok. Do you see the flower pattern? Aren't they so cute?! (why do i keep on asking you guys? And as if I can get an answer immediately). As I am writing this blog, I'm listening to I Never Told You - Colbie Caillat. Feeling mellow on this bed weather.

Did you happen to see my 3rd earring on my right ear? I love that it fits perfectly. D for Dyms of course but it could also mean dymentia! hihi! I think I need to shut up now.

What I'm Wearing:

Dress and socks- New Town Hall, Mongkok
Pearl necklace - mom's
Necklace with dog pendant - Claire's
Bangles - old
Owl ring - Claire's
Chanel-inspired sunnies - Ladies Market, Mongkok
Wedge shoes - Candie's

Look of the Day: Peace Out!

I'm sorry for being such a lazy blogger this week. As you know, my work is keeping my busy lately with all those overtimes and reports that I need to work on. And my schedule is killing me! Good thing I'm back to the morning shift for a month. I can sleep at night time, and I can take more outfit photos for you to see. :)

What can you say about this blast from the past look I'm sporting? How many prints can you see? When I was figuring out what to wear on that day's photo shoot, I was thinking of something different, something I don't usually wear in public. So I guess this is the product of my weird and fun taste in clothes. The head band that I'm wearing is actually a belt from a girly dress that I have. And the button-down shirt is so vintage, it is even twice my age. yay! But I still love the Coachella and peace out look I came up with!

More prints or not?

What do you suggest for me to wear next time?

Look of the Day: Graffiti Wall

You know what, it has been one of the items in my wishlist to be photographed behind a graffiti wall. It was not planned at all. It was serendipity that showed us to that location. :) My goal is to be photographed in different locations wearing different outfits. I hope I could do that.

If you guys have any suggestions where I could have my photos taken, don't hesitate to comment on this post.  :)

I adore how the dressy outfit I wore on this post matches the artsy fartsy wall I have on my background. It is just so ironic but it still blends well. hahah! Did you even get me?

I love this white sleeveless dress because it's very comfortable to wear with anything. I decided to wear my oh-so-green over-sized coat to put a little life on the ensemble. By the way, it was sooo difficult to walk with my gold heels that shooting day. They kept on submerging in the soil while I'm doing my poses. I had to clean it afterwards! I love my gold shoes so dearly. waaa!

Would you take a photo behind this wall?

Look of the Day: Missing the Waves

Work has been very stressful lately and all I wanted to do was go to the beach and listen to the waves as it moves on the shore. When I was looking for the outfit for that day, I ended up longing for flowers, greens, and trees. So I decided to wear a look that belongs to the Summerland - but I also have to keep in mind that it should also fit the dress code at work. I saw my leaf skirt and I felt that it matches the top that I'm wearing. I don't normally wear whites because I look fat. (I know! I'm already fatter compared to other Fashion bloggers, and I hate how I can't stop eating sweets! X$)

However, I stood up to my usual dark mantra and chose this white top to put a little light feel on my outfit. I was looking for the perfect cover up since the top is sleeveless, so I saw this old jean jacket that I have since college, I put it over to see if it looks nice. Well it complimented the outfit because of the green, pink, and white combination. But if I had the money and time, I would've wanted to wear a light blue jean jacket on this ensemble. ♥

How about you, what's your Summer get-a-way outfit?
