Chubby Diwata

This is an overdue post that you should have seen weeks ago. I know that I am a lousy / lazy blogger and  you hate me. I'm trying very hard to update this blog as much as I can, for the love of fashion!

These photos were taken in April, holy week to be exact in this wonderful and quiet beach in Bolinao, Pangasinan. It was my first time to visit this province and I'm glad I did! They have beautiful white sand beaches that you'll love. It was a 6 to 8-hour drive from Manila. It depends on how many stopovers you go through. I didn't have to worry about the long drive because I was asleep most of the hours. :)

We have a month more of Summer time! What beaches have you visited already?

What I wore:

Pink cover up - bazaar
Yellow leopard bikini - SM Department Store
Round sunnies - Fly Shades
Floral earrings - Claire's
Slippers - Havaianas

PANDA HUG!

Second day in HK was a blast and was very busy! We were picked up by our tour guide at 8AM, and we visited several places like the Avenue of Stars, HK Jewelry Store, fishing village, and of course Ocean Park!

Being a tourist and fashion blogger, I had to take advantage of the kind weather and enjoy the view. I didn't really took dramatic photos like the usual because we were given a call time to get back inside the shuttle to visit the next stop. But hey, I wouldn't let any prospect outfit background shoot - wasted.

Since it was a day full of walking, I opted to wear my oh-so-comfy white tattered shorts and summery top. I wore my ever dependable thong sandals to keep up with the relaxed vibe. Nothing will shout like a statement with these lovely earrings I'm wearing. I know you see this pair of earrings in a lot of my previous posts but I don't care because I really adore them.

I had so much fun in Ocean Park! Did you see me jumping together with those mascots? It was so funny! I love the cable ride it was thrilling and terrifying at the same time. The view was amazing - only in HK. It was my first time to ever see Ocean Park, for starters this place is very huge! Disneyland is just half of it. You really need a lot of strength when you plan to go here or new legs and feet to walk. Haha! But nevertheless, it will all be worth it!

My favorite of them all are the Pandas! I wanted to take them home and make them my personal stuffed toys! Also, did you see the jellyfish. They are so mysterious and beautiful! I love how they swim gracefully and I love watching them do their swift moves.

Sorry for being so talkative again! I had so much to share and I'm starting to be a travel blogger! hihi!

What I'm wearing:

Flora halter top - Charlotte Russe
White tattered shorts - Forever 21
Thong sandals - Charlotte Russe
Watch - Casio
Back pack - SM Department Store
Purple jacket - Maldita

Look of the Day: The Recital

I started dancing when I was just 3. My parents said that I learned on my own. They said that dancing was meant for me. But back then, what I really wanted was to learn how to dance ballet. Before, when you are taking up ballet lessons, people automatically think that your rich. Ballet costumes and recitals were very expensive. We are not that fortunate to spend extra money on co-curricular activities like ballet. Dancing will always be a the happiest and most fun childhood memories that I have on my baol!

I apologize for the long history, but now you know why I wore this ensemble for the Look of the Day post. I matched it with my pearly white stockings and my Tutu-like skirt. :) I perfectly love my puff sleeve top and how the color orange brings fun on this outfit. Remember the pasalubong my sister gave to me - this floral earrings are so lovely! You think it's heavy but it is really very light. You can even forget that you're wearing it.

I know I'm getting so fat, lazy, and stubborn these days. My photos are the proof.

Maybe because I'm aging.

It's my birthday in a few minutes...
