The "Pasalubongs"

I'm getting a break from my usual "Look of the Day" post in order to show you how thankful and happy I am to receive these pasalubongs from my sister (who got back from California) and my best friend (who lives in Singapore). They are the 2 people in the world who know me well. They know what I like in shoes, make-up, and accessories. So yeah, I am very very very cartwheel-ish excited to wear and match them with my outfits. :)

All I can say is that Claire's is my style weapon.

Look of the Day: Out of Place

People may think that I'm that girly and always-wearing pink outfit girl, but I'm not. I'm in love with the colors black, gray, purple, red, and everything dark. It compliments my always changing mood. But that doesn't mean that my life is full of dullness and darkness.

I just love how it makes me more confident and stronger. I paired my kiss mark-designed leggings with my belt / combat boots.

To bring out the fierceness in this outfit, I matched it with my faux violet leather jacket. :) Of course the skull rings and earrings (a few of my many collection) made my look weirder and fiercer at the same time.

I love my souvenir Madri Gras beads which I got from New Orleans when I visited their country 2 years ago. It was a night-life moment I wouldn't forget.

Would you wear this kind of style?

Look of the Day: Miss Chinese

Follow my blog with Bloglovin

This was my Chinese New Year outfit. :) I had to post this as soon as I can before the month ends. :) I know you guys are thinking if I have a Chinese blood, well I don't. We have this thing at work where there's a theme day and you get to win a cash price for joining. So that day I decided to wear my Chinese-inspired costume with matching chopsticks and drop earrings. :)

I know I can't wear this everyday because people may think that I work at a Chinese restaurant. Speaking of Chinese restaurant, now I want to eat Mantao, noodles, siomai, and buchi! Waaa! I know this should be about fashion but I just thought of their mouth-watering food. :)

Would you wear a Chinese costume ever? <3
